Mediconnects’ client is urgently seeking an experienced Band 6 Intermediate Care/Community physiotherapist for full-time post situated in the Surrey area. The post is to start ASAP and will be ongoing.

This is a community role and you will be required to go on home visits in the local area therefore a successful candidate would be a car driver with some experience of community work.

A minimum of 12 months relevant experience within the NHS is required and you will need to be HPC registered and hold a current CRB disclosure. PLEASE NOTE: There is no pool car available for this post and as such a candidate will need to have access to their own vehicle.
