Mediconnects’ client is urgently seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist for an ongoing post situated in South East London. The position is a community based Intermediate Care role and is to start ASAP and will go on for a minimum of 9 weeks.
A successful candidate would be a car driver with access to their own vehicle who has some experience of community work.
A minimum of 12 months relevant experience within the NHS is required and you will need to be HPC registered and hold a current CRB disclosure.
